you are violet #EE82EE | Your dominant hues are red and blue. You're confident and like showing people new ideas. You play well with others and can be very influential if you want to be.
Your saturation level is lower than average - You don't stress out over things and don't understand people who do. Finishing projects may sometimes be a challenge, but you schedule time as you see fit and the important things all happen in the end, even if not everyone sees your grand master plan.
Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything.

When I open my eyes after the BOOM Hundreds of falling stars accelerate through the sky whistling apart one from another...brilliant, vibrant, crackling to embers. On solitary nights, when one has time to follow one star into absence or during a meteor shower - say the Leonids when they fall one at a time and one watches patiently people say a spark has gone out a friend has returned home. But in such numbers, at such speed ears ringing, eyes dazzled, lungs filled with smoke it is difficult to appreciate the singularity of sparks, their power to ignite… In the tedious traffic after the fireworks A toppling sign on a lawn: "How many have we lost?" |

Body Language
Rustling along the forest floor; leaves floating on a pond’s surface Small, steady, sweeping movements… a twig breaking, my hip joint cracking my back arching up to meet you a cloud snagged in a branch a limb gazing over a stream heightened awareness, sensations, ants streaming from a log a bear pawing leaves velvet fungus, your touch on the vortex of my earlobe your teeth on my nipples, swollen, puffed, then tight buds Near a thick bed of mosses a spring flows from its hidden source in the Earth peepers sing in the trees a thrush celebrates twilight So many messages in the living air between us... |

Iris; Knock
The eyelid unhinges Sand pours forth When the rasping current halts I gaze into the purple heart of an iris. --- You slipped a song under my door and then a key under my door You slipped a tempeh sandwich under my door You slipped a beach ball and a baby under my door just this past Wednesday. I have a broken doorbell, which you cannot use. Are you trying to make a statement about my door - that it is too high, or too short, or in some way imperfect? Just say so! Otherwise, knock it off! --- |
